We had Larry sell our home back in 2017. Well, that didn’t take long! 1 day and it was sold, for full price. He even negotiated a lease back, as our new home wouldn’t be ready for a few months. He helped us with touch ups and some repainting (who else does that??) The service we received was over the top, and back in 2017, selling for full price wasn’t the norm. It was an expensive home, and we were prepared to be on the market for awhile, and go through all the misery of house showings. Larry did a great job for us, and we would recommend him to anyone. We came to Larry needing a home to lease and it had to be in the west part of town due to where our children were attending school. We have three teenagers so it also needed to be a four bedroom house. To say this was a stressful time for our family was an understatement.
